Construction Project Manager (Nyack, NY) 

We are a well-established and growing construction subcontractor based in the NYC area, seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. This role may be full-time or part-time and will be based out of our main office in Nyack, or in Manhattan close to Grand Central. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Oversee schedules, budgets, and quality control to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field staff.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams.
  • Prepare and review project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
  • Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Identify and resolve issues to keep projects on track.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 5+ years of project management experience in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and best practices.
  • Knowledge of concrete, masonry or drywall
  • Proficient in project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience (120k to 170K).
