JOB OPPORTUNITY: Construction Office Personnel
Fast-paced, hands-on construction company seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team. This position plays a critical role in supporting field operations by ensuring all required permits, certificates and regulatory documents are secured prior to job commencement.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist companies with onboarding processes related to DOB and DOT regulations.
· Communicate with expediting representatives, engineers, and other stakeholders to coordinate permit filings and approvals.
· Track the status of permit applications and ensure all necessary documentation is submitted and up to date.
· Confirm all required permits and authorizations are in place before crews are scheduled onsite.
· Maintain accurate records of all permit-related activity.
· Provide administrative support as required to ensure compliance with city and state construction regulations.
Qualifications:
· Strong communication and follow-up skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer tasks (emails, online portals, etc.)
· Organized, reliable and proactive in managing deadlines and documentation.
· Familiarity with DOB and construction a plus, but not required as full training will be provided.

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm.
Pay: $24+ per hour or negotiable based on experience.
