Sales Executive – Job Requirements

across the region. We’re looking for a motivated Sales Executive to help us grow our customer
base and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. A passion for food and fresh ingredients
is essential in this role. Experience in the culinary world, especially with hands-on chef
experience or close work with kitchen teams, is highly valued.
Your Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain relationships with restaurants, grocers, caterers & institutions
• Conduct cold calls and outreach to generate new leads
• Convert prospects into long-term customers
• Manage daily orders with accuracy & professionalism
• Hit and exceed sales targets
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity
• Work closely with logistics to ensure on-time deliveries
What We’re Looking For:
• 2+ years of sales experience (produce, foodservice, or hospitality preferred)
• Comfortable with cold calling and lead generation
• Knowledge of fruits, vegetables, seasonality, and pricing
• Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Familiarity with the Westchester market is a plus
What We Offer:
• Base Salary: $90,000–$105,000
• Commission: To be discussed and evaluated based on experience
• Health Insurance: Eligibility included
• 401(k) Plan: Eligible after 6 months, with company match (subject to plan terms)
