Secretary / Bookkeeper Wanted

T. Noonan Construction is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Full-Time Secretary/Bookkeeper.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, trustworthy, and enjoys working in a small business environment.

Location: Yonkers, NY
Hours: 8am- 4:30pm Monday-Friday
Start Date: Immediately pending training

Responsibilities Include:

  • General office support and administrative duties
  • Answering phone calls and responding to emails
  • Managing schedules and appointments
  • Basic bookkeeping tasks: invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations
  • Record keeping and document filing
  • Opening & closing construction permits with different building departments

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in office administration and/or bookkeeping
  • QuickBooks knowledge is a MUST
  • AIA Contract Solutions knowledge a plus
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
