Secretary / Bookkeeper Wanted
T. Noonan Construction is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Full-Time Secretary/Bookkeeper.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, trustworthy, and enjoys working in a small business environment.
Location: Yonkers, NY
Hours: 8am- 4:30pm Monday-Friday
Start Date: Immediately pending training
Responsibilities Include:
- General office support and administrative duties
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Managing schedules and appointments
- Basic bookkeeping tasks: invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations
- Record keeping and document filing
- Opening & closing construction permits with different building departments
Requirements:
- Prior experience in office administration and/or bookkeeping
- QuickBooks knowledge is a MUST
- AIA Contract Solutions knowledge a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
