The ideal candidate will support the day-to-day operation of construction sites and assist in coordinating project activities. They should be proactive in identifying potential issues, ensuring safety and quality standards are maintained, and facilitating smooth communication among all parties. The candidate should be comfortable managing documentation, tracking project milestones, and assisting the project manager and superintendent in delivering the project on schedule.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily operations of construction projects
- Support enforcement of safety, compliance, and quality standards
- Update project managers and clients on progress and field conditions
- Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors and site personnel
- Attend and document weekly subcontractor meetings
- Assist in scheduling and coordination of deliveries and logistics
- Ensure site documentation and permits are organized and up to date
- Maintain and update project tracking and reporting tools
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in construction or project support roles
- Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents
- Understanding of basic construction methods and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and Procore

Must have or be willing to obtain an SST 62 hr supervisory card
