Payroll & HR Administrator needed Tuckahoe, NY
Position:
Location: Tuckahoe, NY 10707
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $60k plus depending on experience
What You’ll Do:
- Process weekly payroll accurately and on time for field and office staff
- Enter and manage job costing data to support project accounting
- Assist with HR tasks including onboarding, employee record management, and compliance
- Maintain timekeeping systems and coordinate with supervisors to verify hours
- Support with benefits administration and general employee inquiries
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in payroll processing (construction industry preferred)
- Knowledge of job costing and general accounting practices
- Basic understanding of HR functions and labor laws
- Strong computer skills (Excel, payroll software, etc.)
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
