Payroll & HR Administrator needed Tuckahoe, NY

Position: 
Location: Tuckahoe, NY 10707
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $60k plus depending on experience

What You’ll Do:

  • Process weekly payroll accurately and on time for field and office staff
  • Enter and manage job costing data to support project accounting
  • Assist with HR tasks including onboarding, employee record management, and compliance
  • Maintain timekeeping systems and coordinate with supervisors to verify hours
  • Support with benefits administration and general employee inquiries

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in payroll processing (construction industry preferred)
  • Knowledge of job costing and general accounting practices
  • Basic understanding of HR functions and labor laws
  • Strong computer skills (Excel, payroll software, etc.)
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality
