Electrical Helper Wanted on Lower Westchester Area

The Electrical helper works alongside more experienced Electricians assisting with the installation, upgrades, and maintenance of electrical systems.

The helper will utilize the Electricians’ guidance and experience to further their industry knowledge and professional growth. General company requirements include the compliance with OSHA standards.

General Job Duties

· Follow instructions of the supervising Electrician to ensure assigned tasks are being completed on time.

· Perform unskilled and semi-skilled general labor duties relating to the job, including but not limited to transporting materials and tools by hand or with equipment, pulling and cutting wire, drilling holes and pulling/ pushing wire through, bending conduit, and mounting devices under the supervision of the more experienced Electrician.

· Wear tool pouch with tools at all times.

· Maintain a clean jobsite and company vehicle (if applicable). Perform cleanup and trash removal daily.

Requirements

· 1 year to 3 years of experience.

· Necessary tools

· Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 50 lbs.

· 30-Hour OSHA & 10-Hour OSHA Construction Safety & Health Certification.
