Project Manager / Experienced carpenter needed for busy NYC Construction Company

Full Time Position Available / Immediate Start:

Description:

· Liaise daily with company president, front office, subs and clients

· Setting up projects from start to finish

· Submit change orders, RFIs, Submittals and schedule subs as necessary throughout project/s

· You will be required to attend site visits, field measurements and co-ordinate site installations, deliveries, and pickups.

· Forecast and track the amount of labor, managerial and material costs necessary to complete project/s

· Prepare and issue project documents including progress reports, detailed project/s schedule updates

Qualifications:

· 5+ years of related experience in commercial, hospitality and residential construction

· Must be able to thoroughly read, understand and interpret architectural and shop drawings

· Detail orientated

· Salary 80-100K. BOE
