We’re Hiring! Senior Estimator – Join Our Team

Seeking an experienced estimator to join our Greenpoint, Brooklyn based construction company.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and estimating, with the ability to analyze project specifications and develop accurate cost estimates.

Job Type: Full-Time

 Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in construction estimating, both sub-contractor & general-contractor experience is preferred
• Proficiency with estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, Procore, FieldWire.), Microsoft office & excel
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and labor costs.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred but not required)
• Salary 80K-100K depending on experience.
