Clinician-Clinic Based – Bilingual
Salary Range:$58,643.73 To $90,819.57 Annually
Job Overview
The Bilingual (Spanish) Clinic-Based Clinician provides direct clinical services (evaluations, assessments, treatment, individual, family and group therapy) as the primary clinician to assigned clients as part of a multidisciplinary team in the provision of comprehensive mental health services.
Essential Duties
Key duties of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
· Develops and implements clinically appropriate treatment plans and all related documentation for client records
· Provides a minimum of 20 billable hours per week of psychotherapy to clients and their families using individual, group, family intervention as well as other agency approved evidenced-based treatment modalities, including off-site visits
· Promotes integrated, person-centered care
· Generates and monitor proper communication with internal and external stakeholders (i.e., schools, protective services, etc.) and maintains records of communications
· Serves as on call clinician as scheduled during rotating basis
· Maintains knowledge of OMH regulations as they relate to clinical practice
Essential Qualifications
Key qualifications include:
· Licensed or license-eligible professional (LMSW, LMHC, LMFT)
· Bilingual Spanish – Speak -Read Write
· NYS- LMSW or LCSW preferred.
· Relevant clinical experience with children, adolescent and families
· Knowledge of and experience with multiple modalities and evidence-based Interventions
· Strong computer skills, with knowledge of electronic health record systems
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Ability to meet session productivity standards

Physical/Travel Requirements
· Must have ability to reach, walk, sit for long periods of time, climb stairs, bend, lift up to 20lbs
· Able to travel; Driver’s license required
