Full-time project manager needed for a General Construction Company in Midtown, Manhattan

Seeking a full-time project manager for a General Construction Company in Midtown, Manhattan.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

– Communicate & Coordinate with Subs/ Suppliers/ Trades and Clients.

– Prepare and maintain schedules.

– Prepare progress reports.

– Submit RFI’s.

– Attend site meetings.

– Order material and co-ordinate deliveries.

– Lead onsite team to ensure quality control and safety standards are met.

Required experience necessary:

– Ability to multitask and co-ordinate multiple jobs if necessary.

– Willing to learn and able to work as part of a team.

– Knowledgeable in Microsoft Offices programs.

– Verbal and written English proficiency.

– Level of construction knowledge.

– Must be honest and reliable.

– Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.

Compensation:

– $70-80k, all depending on experience, as well as company benefits.
