Construction Company seeking Bookkeeper for part time Cover located in Midtown
Part time bookkeeper needed to cover leave, Flexible working schedule for right candidate.
Duties:
· Manage daily financial transactions including all accounts payable/receivable payment of invoice and processing incoming client payments.
· Process payroll on weekly basic
· Monitor and respond to office-related emails, including queries related to billing, payments, and COI requests and other office admin duties
· Prepare and submit monthly AIA billing for ongoing construction projects ensuring compliance with contract terms and change orders
· Handle and process COI requests, ensuring timely delivery to clients and vendors.
· Bank reconciliation
Requirements:
- Knowledge of the construction industry
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Knowledge of AIA monthly billing
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, excel)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
Salary is dependent on experience $25-$35 hr.
