Accountant/Bookkeeper needed for construction company, NYC

Construction company seeking accountant / bookkeeper with the following experience & skillset:

• Knowledge of the construction industry. 
• Client invoicing & AIA requisitions.
• Assisting project management team with subcontracts. 
• Maintaining & managing in-house insurances & subcontractor insurances.
• Project costing & coding. 
• Tracking & payment to vendors & subcontractors. 
• Maintaining W9’s, lien waivers, capital improvement certs, general construction documents etc.
• Preparing & managing payroll.
• Tracking in-house & subcontractor change orders. 
• Overseeing office & field staff. 
• Excellent experience with Microsoft Office & QuickBooks.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Must be eligible to work in USA.
• Salary based off experience. $55k++
