Part Time administrative assistant needed for a busy contractor in Yonkers.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Writing up proposals
- Monitoring emails
- Invoicing clients
- Paying vendor bills
- Job costing
- Payroll
Requirements:
- Knowledge of QuickBooks
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, Docusign, and Adobe
- Experience in pulling permits in NYC as well as other localities
Salary is dependent on experience. $20-$25 per hour.
