Part Time administrative assistant needed for a busy contractor in Yonkers.
Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Writing up proposals
  • Monitoring emails
  • Invoicing clients
  • Paying vendor bills
  • Job costing
  • Payroll
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, Docusign, and Adobe
  • Experience in pulling permits in NYC as well as other localities
Salary is dependent on experience. $20-$25 per hour.
