Elder Care needed in White Plains, NY

 93 years “young” Irish American lady seeks companionship and assistance with daily tasks.
No toileting or shower assistance required.
Daily duties include: proper medication & eye drop administration, housekeeping duties, meal prep, laundry (facilities on site), daily exercise (walking), socialization with neighbors in the buildings onsite tenants library, escorting her to doctors/dental appointments (on occasion) & the hairdresser (once a month).
The submission of grocery lists & RX refill requirements to her assigned family member (groceries & RX’s are delivered, on a weekly basis.
The ideal candidate would preferably have previous home healthcare experience, be comfortable dealing with mild dementia, exhibit patience and kindness, must have a sense of humor, and be comfortable around senior citizens.
Assigned parking at a senior citizen’s building, centrally located in White Plains, minutes off all major highways. Also, a 10 minute walk from the White Plains (Harlem Line) Metro North, in the event of inclement weather.

Days & Times:
Tuesday through Thursday.
12pm to 7pm (21 hours per week).
No weekends.

$25 per hour.
Start Date: Jan 7, 2025.

Background check will be performed.
References required.
Must be COVID compliant.
