Job description: ​ FULL TIME MON-FRI 8:30 – 4:30 ​ We are a small, family-owned construction company looking for an administrative assistant who can assist with a multitude of office duties. ​ The candidate should be interested in long-term employment, with growth opportunity within the business. ​ Previous experience not required, but encouraged. ​ Previous experience in a similar role within the construction industry a plus. ​

Responsibilities • Coordinate all electronic processes related to specific projects. ​ • Maintain office policies and procedures ​ • Data Entry experience required ​ • Scanning, filing, and copying documents ​ • Assist with other duties (when needed) ​

Skills • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant ​ • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures ​ • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines ​ • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular) ​ • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work ​ • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills ​ • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task ​ • High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus ​
