Job description: FULL TIME MON-FRI 8:30 – 4:30 We are a small, family-owned construction company looking for an administrative assistant who can assist with a multitude of office duties. The candidate should be interested in long-term employment, with growth opportunity within the business. Previous experience not required, but encouraged. Previous experience in a similar role within the construction industry a plus.
Responsibilities • Coordinate all electronic processes related to specific projects. • Maintain office policies and procedures • Data Entry experience required • Scanning, filing, and copying documents • Assist with other duties (when needed)
Skills • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular) • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task • High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
