Busy construction company looking for a full time office admin position

Located in the Bronx, NY

 

Hours 8am-4pm, Monday-Friday

Job duties include but not limited to:

Answering phones and emails

Ordering supplies and materials

Assisting clients in the office with drop off/pick-ups.

Handling payments

Accounts payable and receivable is required

Payroll

Ensure projects meet deadlines.

Pay $20-$25

Must be able to communicate well with clients as well as shop employees, be hands on and willing to work diligently with others as well as independently.
