MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR – WESTCHESTER
$19/hour
The position is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of all IAHD www.iahdny.org (services for persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities) facilities by implementing comprehensive preventative maintenance programs and overseeing repair activities. This is a supervisor role that involves coordinating with service providers, conducting regular inspections of equipment, facilities, and supplies, and diagnosing and addressing maintenance issues as they arise. The Maintenance Coordinator plays a crucial role in maintaining a safe and efficient environment across IAHD locations, primarily in Westchester.
Must have 5+ yrs of proven experience in maintenance coordination or supervision, strong knowledge of preventative maintenance practices and equipment repair. Intermediate to advance computer skills. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and address maintenance issues effectively.
Must have a Clean NYS Driver’s License
