Project Manager needed NYC

Construction Company seeking a Project Manager.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Submit RFIs.
  • Order materials.
  • Prepare change orders.
  • Attend site progress meetings.
  • Communicate & Coordinate with Subs / Suppliers / Clients / Tradesmen
  • Quality control.
  • Prepare detailed schedules & maintain schedule.
  • Prepare & issue subcontracts.
  • Monitor progress and billing.

Required experience includes:

  • Good knowledge of Construction.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Schedule, Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
  • Good verbal & written communication in English.
  • Ability to read & interpret blueprints.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Reliable, honest, respectful, organized & hardworking.
  • Knowledge of architectural plans and/or construction terminology.
  • PlanSwift Desirable but not essential.


  • $55k starting salary – negotiable based on experience.
