Job Summary: Front Office Coordinator

We are on the hunt for a dedicated and organized Front Office Coordinator to become the friendly face of our practice on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. This position is crucial in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for our patients.In this role, you will:

– Answer phones and direct calls appropriately
– Manage the flow of incoming and outgoing patients
– Track and organize blood lab results
– Handle billing and insurance processes
– Schedule patient appointments and manage the calendar

While experience as an administrative assistant is preferred, it is not required. We highly value professionalism, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. If you have a detail-oriented mindset and a passion for providing excellent patient care, we would love to hear from you.

**Requirements:**

– Professional demeanor and positive attitude
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills
– Excellent communication abilities
– Experience in administrative roles preferred but not required

**Compensation:**

– $20 to $25/hr. depending on experience.
