Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Millwork Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in millwork installation, including cabinetry, trim, molding, and other wood fixtures. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Install custom millwork components including cabinets, moldings, doors, and other wood fixtures according to project specifications.

·        Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and building plans to ensure accurate installation.

·        Measure and cut materials to ensure precise fitting and alignment.

·        Assemble and secure materials, ensuring all installations meet quality standards and safety regulations.

·        Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other trades to ensure seamless project execution.

·        Perform finishing tasks such as sanding, staining, and sealing as needed.

·        Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.

·        Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.


·        High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school training is a plus.

·        Minimum of 3 years of experience in millwork installation or a related field.

·        Proficiency with hand and power tools used in carpentry and woodworking.

·        Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and safety standards.

·        Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

·        Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in various positions (standing, kneeling, etc.) for extended periods.
