Accounts Payable

Cosan Construction is looking for an individual with knowledge of Accounts Payable and Insurance Compliance. A background in construction is preferred. 

Hours

  • Full time position
  • Monday to Friday, 8am – 4pm.
  • Salary $60,000 + depending on experience.

Responsibilities

  • Dealing with external and internal queries by phone and email.
  • Manage all vendor information. 
  • Record all invoices / credits.
  • Handle tax exempt certificates.
  • Monitor Credit Card Statements.
  • Provide back-up job costing information to Managers, as required.
  • Preparing and processing supplier payments and ensuring that the manager has signed all payments off.
  • Processing Positive Pay Daily 
  • Handle all insurance compliance and certificate requests (General Liability, Workers Comp, Auto, Pollution, Shelter-Point)
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Skills Required

  • Strong Computer Skills
  • QuickBooks Desktop
  • Microsoft Office
  • 2 years relevant experience
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Maintain privacy of data and information
