Construction company seeking accountant / bookkeeper with the following experience & skillset:

Knowledge of the construction industry.
Client invoicing & AIA requisitions.
Assisting project management team with subcontracts.
Maintaining & managing in-house insurances & subcontractor insurances.
Project costing & coding.
Tracking & payment to vendors & subcontractors.
Maintaining W9’s, lien waivers, capital improvement certs, general construction documents etc.
Preparing & managing payroll.
Tracking in-house & subcontractor change orders.
Overseeing office & field staff.
Excellent experience with Microsoft Office & QuickBooks.
Strong attention to detail.
$60k to $175K salary.
