Scheduling Co-Ordinator / Office Administration Required                                   

Full time employment opportunity for enthusiastic, fast learning individual in busy construction office.

Requirements:

  • Professional and warm demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient experience of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of Quick Books and Salesforce an advantage but not a requirement.

Office Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm.

Salary: $20-$25 per hour, based on experience. Paid Vacation and Benefits.
