Drywall Project Manager needed NYC
Munster is a New York based Millwork, Drywall & Carpentry sub contractor.
Drywall Project Manager
- Takeoff of materials and equipment; selecting, ordering, and tracking
- Developing and maintaining budgets consistent with timeline requirements for medium to large-scale projects
- Understanding project logistics and developing initial critical path project schedules
- Implements change management routines to assess change requests, make recommendations, secure client approvals, and issue change orders
- Visits job sites regularly to perform due diligence and monitor quality. Addresses concerns and maintains consistent follow-up on any outstanding issues
Qualifications
- Ability to present self professionally and represent the company image
- Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications required
- Extensive experience in a role performing Project Management job functions for construction projects
- Use good judgment when making decisions
- Must promote a customer-friendly environment and provide superior service
- Must provide information, service, management, and advice to customers continuously
- Ability to work independently in a demanding, fast-paced environment and adapt to change quickly
Salary Range: $60,000-$90,000
