The Rambling House is a family owned bar and restaurant in Woodlawn, New York. We pride ourselves in offering our guests with a homey experience while enjoying good food and drinks. We are now seeking a talented and experienced Cocktail Bartender to join our dynamic team.

Job Description:

As an Experienced Cocktail Bartender at The Rambling House, you will play a pivotal role in providing our guests with a new experience.  You will be responsible for showcasing your expertise in mixology, delivering exceptional service, and elevating the overall ambiance of our establishment.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a wide variety of creative and classic cocktails with precision and flair. Utilize extensive knowledge of mixology techniques, flavor profiles, and ingredient combinations to craft unique and enticing beverages.

Engage with guests to recommend and customize cocktails based on their preferences and dietary restrictions.

Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety standards.

Work collaboratively with the bar team, servers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest service.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new cocktail recipes, and emerging spirits to continually expand your repertoire.

Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and ordering supplies as needed.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Cocktail Bartender in a high-volume and fast-paced environment. Extensive knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, wines, and beer, including their production processes, flavor profiles, and appropriate pairings.

Proficient in mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, and presentation styles.

Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for providing memorable experiences. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with guests and collaborate effectively with colleagues.

Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently under pressure.

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Salary: $10/hour + Tips
