Exercise Classes

We hold weekly exercise classes at the center for the mental and physical well being of people of all ages.

Are you interested in starting to run? Are you interested in joining a RUNNING GROUP? Aisling Irish Center started a running group for beginners and intermediate level runners in September. The running group has been named "Woodlean Wanderers" and has it's own Facebook page with over 130 members. Check out the page for running schedules and location meeting points.
