This year, we introdcued meditation and healing workshops to our schedule. Based on feedback from people in the community, we realized there was a need for this as so many people are searching for an alternate way to learn and use coping skills during stressful times in their life. The objectives of these meditation/healing workshops were that:

  • Learn basic meditation skills needed for today's busy and hectic lifestyles, so you can release all forms of mind chatter that can cause stress within the body.
  • Learn how to communicate with your Angelic Beings and Holy Guides, so we can better hear our intuition regarding our health, unbalances from our daily stressful situations in the home our workplace and energetic environment of the earth.
  • Learn how to move old stuck negative emotions and energy from your mind and body.
  • Allowing your body and mind to discover inner freedom and happiness to allow ourselves to come to a sense of oneness with life.

These workshops were a tremendous success and will continue in the New Year.

The parent & toddler group meets every Tuesday morning @ 9:30am. We have toys, books, crayons, etc for the children to play with and keep themselves entertained while the parents can relax and get to know each other. It is a great opportunity for mothers from the local community to socialize. New mothers & toddlers are always welcome to come along. Santa Claus visits the children here at the center every Christmas with gifts, while the Easter Bunny calls to see them at Easter.
